Thought Leadership

  • Expertise: With 20 years of industry experience, I have a deep understanding of multiple project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools in the Project Management, Agile, and BA fields, and love to provide valuable insights and perspectives.
  • Innovation: We should constantly have a mindset for new ideas and ways of doing things.
  • Authenticity: I have a core belief that we must be genuine and transparent with our clients and peers. Sometimes pain points are not pretty. Agile for instance is meant to be disruptive and provide the transparency to identify organizational and team dysfunctions.   One of the benefits of being genuine and transparent is that it builds trust. When people know that they can be honest with us, they are more likely to feel comfortable sharing their own thoughts and ideas. This can lead to a more open and collaborative environment, which is essential for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Influence:  True influence is not about swaying opinion; it is about causing people to think about things critically and let go of unconscious bias. Leaders who are able to inspire others do so by creating a safe space for open dialogue and diverse perspectives. They are humble and willing to learn from others, and they always seek to understand the root cause of problems before offering solutions. As a servant leader, I am able to influence others because I am willing to work alongside them in the trenches and get my hands dirty. This helps me to build trust and rapport with others, and it also gives me a better understanding of their challenges and perspectives. However, it is important to remember that I do not have all the answers, and I am always open to hearing different viewpoints. By listening to others and considering their perspectives, I can make more informed decisions that benefit the team as a whole.  Leaders who are able to truly influence others are those who create a culture of learning and growth. They encourage their team members to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and think outside the box. This type of environment fosters innovation and creativity, and it leads to better outcomes for everyone involved.
